Storage Guide
Once bag is opened, seal them with a clip and keep them in an airtight container in a cool, dark, and dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.
Keep in an airtight container. Avoid refrigeration and freezing.
Buy in Small quantities - we recommend ordering for every 2 to 4 weeks consumption.
Organic Teabags
Brew: Dose: 1 teabag, Water: 200ml, Temperature: 100°C (except for Green Tea which is brewed at 80°C, Time: 5 minutes (except Popsicle which needs to brewed for at least 10 minutes)
Organic Loose Teas
Brew: Dose: 1 tablespoon (2.5g), Water: 200ml, Temperature: 100°C (except for Green Tea which is brewed at 80°C, Time: 5 minutes (except Popsicle which needs to brewed for at least 10 minutes)
Storage Guide
For loose teas, seal back the bag once used and keep in a cool, dark, and dry place, away from strong odors. If you’re using a separate container, make sure to use an opaque container ( container that blocks out light, as light can degrade the flavor and aroma of tea).
For teabags, seal back the bag once used. Teabags use a biodegradable and compostable material. So if exposed to high humidity and temperature over time, this might lead to some breakage in the teabags. We recommend that you keep the teabags away from the coffee machine or any heat source & direct sunlight. If needed, you can store the bags in the fridge overnight when the cafe is closed.
Hot Chocolate: Start with adding 18g chocolate powder into milk pitcher. Add 150g fresh milk and froth together. Increase or decrease powder/milk ratio according to preference. Alternatively, use stove top at home.
Iced Chocolate: Use 2 parts of chocolate (20g) to 1 part of water (10g), dissolve them nicely by using a whisk. Pour into a glass of milk (150ml) with ice.

Once opened, seal bag with a clip and keep it in an airtight container in a cool, dry, and dark place, like a pantry or cupboard.
Avoid refrigeration as they can cause the cocoa powder to absorb moisture and clump or even cause excessive drying. Avoid using wet or dirty utensils when scooping out powder, as moisture can lead to spoilage.
Brew
Kiyosen Japanese Matcha: 6g matcha, 8g sugar & 30g of warm water.
Kiyosen Uji Hojicha: 4g hojicha, 6g sugar & 30g of warm water.
Xiye Chinese Matcha: 5g matcha, 6g sugar & 30g of warm water.
Xiye Chinese Hojicha: 5g matcha, 6g sugar & 30g of warm water.
Whisk into a thin paste to break clumps. Pour into 150g fresh milk and froth together or pour froth milk into the paste.
Storage Guide
We recommend to keep unopened bags in the fridge so that it stays fresh longer. Once opened, store it in an airtight, opaque container (container that blocks light) in a cool, dark, and dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.
For low usage, you can keep them in the fridge. For high volume cafes, we do not recommend opened bags to be kept in the fridge as it can introduce moisture and humidity.
Matcha is highly susceptible to oxidation, so an airtight container is crucial to prevent it from absorbing moisture and oxygen, which can lead to a loss of flavor and quality.
Brew
Cover 20g of Sticky Chai with boiling water, leave for 2 minutes. Pour 150g fresh milk and heat together using Steam wand. Pour into a cup covered with a strainer. Adjust chai and milk ratio according to preference.
Storage Guide
Keep in a cool, dry place, ideally below 18°C, away from sunlight to maintain freshness and prevent the honey from hardening. Preferably in a dark cupboard. No refrigeration is required.
